Academic Pursuits & Research Interests

  • PhD in Economics: Currently, I’m engaged in studies and research at Stockholm University.
  • Research Focus: My work mainly revolves around applied microeconomics, with past projects examining behavioral responses to changes in tax and benefit systems.
  • Affiliation with Ratio: While I was once a research assistant at Ratio, I continue to be affiliated with this research institute.

Professional Engagements

  • Fellow at Timbro: Besides being a fellow at Timbro, the Swedish free-market think tank, I also produced a podcast for them, sharing insights and analysis.
  • Editorial Writer at Svenska Dagbladet: I served as a substitute editorial writer during the summer of 2023, contributing daily op-eds on current political issues. Link

Community Involvement

  • Board Member at Medborgarskolan: I actively participate in Medborgarskolan, a national study association that offers adult education throughout Sweden.
  • Past Leadership Experience: I formerly chaired the Confederation of Swedish Conservative and Liberal Students.

  • Award in memory of Johnny Munkhammar, 2021: Awarded by Johnny Munkhammars Minnesfond for exemplifying freedom, change, and entrepreneurship in Swedish societal debate.
